How text messaging works for CNC Performance training families.

Program description

CNC Performance operates a recurring account and service text-message program for its enrolled training clients. Messages include invoice and payment notices (with Zelle payment instructions), weekly training-schedule selection links, and intake/waiver links. This is a recurring messaging program; message frequency varies and depends on your account activity (typically a few messages per month). Message & data rates may apply.

“CNC Performance: invoice #1042 $250.00 (due Jul 15). Pay by Zelle to 760-399-0363, memo: #1042. Reply with questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How you opt in

You provide your mobile number and agree to receive these messages when you complete CNC Performance’s client intake form and check the SMS consent box. Consent is collected on the intake form (the SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default). The consent language shown at sign-up is:

How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages from this program unless you re-subscribe.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START.
Reply HELP for help; you will receive a reply with the program name (CNC Performance) and our support contact. You can also contact us at the email below.
Opting out will not affect your enrollment or training services.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to CNC Performance LLC’s SMS messaging program. The mobile phone number and opt-in information you provide for text messaging are used solely to send you the account and service messages described above.

We do not sell or share your information.We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
